CHOOSING THE RIGHT THERAPIST
Choosing the right therapist is an essential part of therapy and it is important that you find someone you feel comfortable with.
I offer an initial free introductory telephone chat which gives you the opportunity to meet me, talk through any questions you may have and share your expectations.
This session also gives you the opportunity to see whether counselling is right for you and whether I am the right person to support for you.
